Just open the Mac App Store, open the Updates tab and install all available updates. After doing this, you should be running OS X 10.10.5, so open Boot Camp Assistant (in /Applications/Utilities) and follow the steps. See -> Use Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support

As you will see, there's no Boot Camp 6 update. In fact, Boot Camp 6 contains the drivers you need after installing Windows, and you will get them by ticking the option to download the Windows support software in Boot Camp Assistant. Then, after installing Windows 10, just run the Boot Camp 6 installer. You need a USB drive to install Windows 10 and download the Boot Camp 6 drivers.

(Just in case, remember that Boot Camp 6 has nothing to do with the Boot Camp Assistant version. Moreover, the latest Boot Camp Assistant version is 5.1.4, included in OS X 10.10.5).
